"Emanuel, I have seldom dealt with a more professional operation than Jabbôq Jazz. The promo material is great, the demo recording was excellent and it was really useful to have your repertoire list. Follow-up was excellent and all phone calls were returned very promptly. The efforts you made to make our day special and to tailor songs for us were outstanding. You spent an enormous amount of time ensuring everything was right - from phoning my friend in New Zealand to arranging a song for us to sending rehearsal tapes to rehearsing with my friend. On the day, everything was perfect and I did not have to worry about a thing. The music was perfect and you judged the mood just right. From my own perspective in organising my wedding, I had 15 or more suppliers to deal with for various aspects of the wedding and there was an incredible amount of detail involved for each one. You made it easy for me, and you answered the questions before I even asked and took the stress away completely. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for contributing to our fairytale wedding. I had very high expectations of you and the band and you delivered exactly as promised. I cannot fault you in any way.  From your initial contact and right the way through, you (and Dianne) impressed me with your thorough professionalism. On the night, the band impressed me with their superlative musicianship. I can tell you that the jazz fans in the audience were very impressed. When I told you I was also having a DJ, I was nervous about your reaction. You handled this very well and caused no issues. In less professional hands, I could see this being taken badly.
